New User - First Time Login Instructions

After receiving an email confirming your new account from the Kinderspot Support Team, you can get started by navigating to the Kinderspot Admin Portal.

From there:

1. Click the Login button
2. Click "Forgot Password?"
3. Enter your email address and click the Submit button (Note: this must be the same email address used in the email sent to you)

This will take you through the forgot password process, which is what you'll use to set your password for the first time. Please note that passwords must be at least 8 characters in length, contain an uppercase letter, a number, and one of the following special characters: @$!%*?&.

Once you have set a password, you can sign in at any time by navigating to the Kinderspot Admin Portal: https://admin.prod.kinderspot.teambespin.us
