I am seeing the wrong CDC when I sign into the Admin Portal. How do I fix this?

A parent is stating they can't find our CDC in the locations they can rent from in the parent app. How can we help them?
If your CDC is missing from the parents app when attempting to rent, it is important to check whether that child has a spot holder verification (in any status) at your CDC.
In general, when we have seen this behavior in the past, the family either has:
1) an Enrolled verification status, or
2) a Pending or Not Enrolled verification status
If the family has children who are previous verified Spot Holders at your CDC, you will want to change their enrollment status to Not Enrolled in order for them to go through Renter verification at your CDC.
If their status is listed as Pending or Not Enrolled, parents can remove this status on their end with the following steps:
 1. Log into the Kinderspot app
 2. Navigate to "Manage Family"
 3. Select the child's name
 4. Navigate to "Verifications"
 5. Select the question mark
 6. Confirm "Cancel My Request" (Pending) or "Remove this CDC" (Not Enrolled)
