Admin Location Adjustment

If you find yourself transferring to a new CDC, the Kinderspot Support Team will need to assist in adjusting your assigned CDC location through the backend.

In order to complete this process, we request email authorization from the Director of the CDC you need to view through the Kinderspot Admin Portal.

Example:

Hi Kinderspot Help,
I have started working at JBER Sitka but when I log into my Kinderspot Admin Portal, I am still seeing Denali. I have CC’ed my Director to approve this change.


Once authorization has been received, we are able to promptly action the adjustment as necessary.

If the CDC Director is not available to provide the approval, or in the case of approving new CDC Directors, the Flight Chief can be CC'ed in their place.
